We are a small, opinionated practice. Each home is treated like the only home — with detailed shop drawings, supervised pours, and finishes selected on site, not by catalogue. The result is a calm, durable architecture that ages well in Pakistan’s climate.

We bring architecture, engineering, and construction under one roof so the drawing on day one is the house you walk into on day three-hundred.

    Brief & site reading

    We walk the plot, study orientation, wind, and street, then translate your way of living into a written brief.

  2. Detailed architectural blueprints and 3D model of a modern home on a dark studio table

    Design & modelling

    Concept, massing, and material studies are presented as physical models, not just renders.

  3. Civil engineer reviewing structural drawings on a freshly excavated construction site

    Engineering & permits

    Structural, MEP and municipal approvals are handled in-house — you sign once, we run the rest.

  4. Steel reinforcement and freshly poured concrete columns of a residential structure

    Structure & shell

    Foundations, slabs, and envelope are built by our supervised crews using batch-tested concrete and graded steel.

  5. Modern interior fitout in progress with raw plaster walls and partially installed timber flooring

    Fitout & finishes

    Joinery, stone, plaster, and hardware are sampled on site. Nothing is finalised from a brochure.

  6. Finished modern living room ready for handover with natural light streaming through tall windows

    Snagging & handover

    A 12-month defects period and a printed manual ship with every set of keys.

05 / Architectural quality

Tolerance is the
signature of the house.

Modern homes succeed or fail on millimetres. We measure twice on plaster lines, hold reveal gaps to 3 mm, and reject any tile lippage above 0.5 mm. The discipline is invisible — the calm it produces is not.

    Cube tests for every pour above 5 m³, results filed with your handover folder.

    Joinery to ±1 mm

    All cabinetry built in our shop, dry-fitted, then installed — never field-sized.

    Climate-tuned envelope

    Wall, glazing and shading specified for Faisalabad summers, not generic catalogues.

  • ↳ 04

    One-year defects warranty

    We return at month 3, 6 and 12 to inspect and correct anything that has settled.
